A Dying Dog Was Kept in the Basement of a Building

On Wednesday, November 10, Dolnośląski Inspektorat Ochrony Zwierząt intervened in Raciborowice Górne. A severely neglected York dog was being kept in the basement of one of the buildings.

This is another example of cruelty by people who should care for a dog instead of condemning it to torture.

A reader informed us about the case:

The situation took place in Raciborowice Górne. The York dog was kept in the basement for three weeks, in tragic condition. The little dog does not have the strength to stand on its legs. It was kept in the basement because IT URINATES TOO OFTEN IN THE HOUSE and smells. The owners claimed that it was taken into the house at night, but even the condition of its teeth indicates that it must have been neglected for a very long time
