As part of the undertaking, municipal office and Bolesławiec County Office employees took part in the first phase. Within the activities of county- and municipal-level local government administration, numerous scenarios were practiced under conditions of heightened national defense readiness.
In the afternoon, services joined the operation and confronted a terrorist threat in the vicinity of the hydroelectric power plant in Kliczków.
The main objective of the exercises was to improve cooperation between services under combat conditions, during threats that could arise under conditions of heightened national defense readiness. The exercise scenario assumed that unknown perpetrators had mined the hydroelectric power plant dam, and that the resulting threat would be neutralized through coordinated operations by the services participating in the exercise.
The next part of the exercise featured a conference devoted to national security.
