52-year-old Jolanta Anasiewicz is the sixth-strongest woman in the world. We will talk about how strong women are perceived through the eyes of social media and about the achievements of Jolany Anasiewicz on Tuesday, October 26 at 4:20 p.m.
Jolanta Anasiewicz began working as a trainer in 1989. In Bolesławiec, she was the first person to lead aerobics. She still leads it today. From 1994 to 2000, she trained in powerlifting and was called up to the national team. She won the Polish Championship three times. A few years ago, she returned to strength sports—bench press—and is a PRO competitor. She is currently the sixth-strongest woman in the world.
In 2021, we wrote about Jolanta Anasiewicz’s participation in the sports Polsat show “Ninja Warrior Polska” and about the huge success of the woman from Bolesławiec in the next edition of Mr. Olympia, the world’s most prestigious bodybuilding competition, in which Arnold Schwarzenegger himself triumphed many times.
