On Friday, October 22, after 10 p.m., firefighters were called to a burning residential building in Kruszyn on Główna Street. Six fire service units are already at the scene. The firefighters are short of water from the hydrants. The area near the house is dangerous because heated roof elements are shooting off.
In one of the rooms, firefighters came across cylinders of oxygen and acetylene. They must be extremely careful and cool them down to prevent an explosion.
Update 11:56 p.m.
Firefighting lasted two hours. The falling rain certainly helped. At least 10 fire service crews took part in the operation. There is no information about anyone being injured.
