The incident occurred on Saturday after 4:20 p.m. on Łokietka Street in Bolesławiec.
The 28-year-old BMW driver, a resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to keep a safe distance and crashed into the rear of a VW vehicle (an ambulance) driven by a 45-year-old resident of Lwówek County.
The perpetrator was fined PLN 220.
