For several days now, no stopping has been in effect on Kościelna Street. The sign was placed just behind the kiosk. It is no longer possible to stop, let alone park, by the basilica. Leaving from beneath the church does not cancel the ban, because this is not an intersection—the ban therefore remains in force all the way to the Market Square, up to the intersection with Zacisze Street.
Quite a few people have already received fines.
