Unexploded ordnance near Świętoszów, close to the A18 entrance

An unexploded ordnance was found on the road from Świętoszów toward the entrance to the A18 road. It turned out to be an 85 mm artillery shell, manufactured in the Soviet Union during World War II.

The road section from the A18 exit toward Świętoszów is closed.

Bomb disposal experts from the Bolesławiec Bomb Disposal Patrol, firefighters and police are at the scene.
