Waldemar Kraska, Deputy Health Minister, was a guest on Polish Radio One. One of the issues discussed during the broadcast was the possible introduction of mandatory vaccination. W. Kraska:

At the moment, there are no such plans, although we are observing what is happening—particularly in Europe. For now, the situation in Poland is stable, and we certainly are not planning any such obligation.

And he immediately added:

I have always been in favor of not forcing people, but explaining and showing the benefits of getting vaccinated. What is happening now with the new mutations may be concerning, especially the Delta variant.

Asked whether the fourth wave of coronavirus was inevitable, the ministry official replied:

I think so. However, I am convinced that its scale will not be the same as during the third wave. But if we are wise and get vaccinated during the summer, the scale will certainly be considerably smaller.
