As City Hall officials report:

Users of the Pango system, which advertises itself as a “parking meter in your pocket,” can pay for parking by credit card, with funds held in a virtual wallet, or add the parking payment to their phone bill.

Using mobile applications is convenient and safe; parking can be paid for without leaving the vehicle. The applications allow users to specify the exact parking time—the rules for using the applications are available on the operator’s website.

They also add:

The Pango app is available for both Android and iOS devices. To use it, download it from Google Play or the Apple AppStore and mark the car with a sticker or card bearing the word PANGO, which should be left behind the windshield (stickers can be collected free of charge from the Paid Parking Zone office in Galeria City Center Bolesławiec). Only a phone number is required to create an account in the app. People without a smartphone can—after registering via pango.pl—arrange parking using SMS commands or a phone call to 222 700 000. The operator assures users that it does not charge any fees for using the service beyond the parking-time charges.

Promotion for drivers from Bolesławiec

City Office:

Importantly, the app provider has prepared a promotion for drivers from Bolesławiec who have not previously used the Pango system in other cities. The first continuous three hours of parking after entering the code START when registering in the app will be free for drivers. A feature is also being prepared that will allow drivers to check whether they are in a paid parking zone and whether they need to pay for parking. The promotion runs until the end of this year.

Details are available on the website of Bolesławiec City Office.
