The Ceramic Festival in Bolesławiec attracts residents and many visitors to the city every year. However, the large number of cars also means greater problems with parking and traffic management.

We received a report on this matter from a reader who draws attention to cars being left in a way that obstructs, and in some places—as he claims—even prevents traffic from getting through:

In connection with the Ceramic Festival, I would like to report a problem with parking and car traffic. In many places, cars are left in a way that obstructs or even prevents passage and the use of parking spaces. This causes considerable difficulties for residents and other drivers.

The reader also points out a potential problem concerning the ability of emergency services to get through:

I am also reporting this because no emergency vehicle will get through to someone who might need help in an emergency.

He adds that the problem affects not only drivers trying to get through congested streets:

(...) residents are unable to park outside their homes.
