This time, at Municipal Public Preschool No. 4 and No. 7, the competitors took part in the “Safe Toddler Olympics,” initiated by the Municipal Police as part of the “Safe Bolesławiec” project. During the competitions, the youngest residents of Bolesławiec learned road safety rules and how to act in an environmentally friendly way. They learned about fire safety through play.
At Municipal Public Preschool No. 5, the sports competitions took place during the “Optimism Olympics.” The Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Bolesławiec prepared the following events: hurdling, archery, long jump, basketball throw, shooting at a goal and beanbag toss. The competitions were held in the spirit of Olympic rivalry. Since the most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win, but to take part, every competitor deserved a commemorative medal.
On June 9, 2021, sport reigned at Municipal Public Preschool No. 2. The “Optimism Olympics” were held with the assistance of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Bolesławiec.
After the official opening of the Olympics and the lighting of the symbolic Olympic flame, children from five groups competed in sports and fitness events. These included: beanbag toss at a target, shooting at a goal, basketball throw, long jump, archery and hurdling. The competition was intense, and the satisfaction of achieving the desired result was even greater. Like the Olympic Games, our Olympics were also held under the banner of noble competition and the brotherhood of all preschool teams. All the “Little–Great” athletes received commemorative gold medals, while the preschool received a certificate for participating in the Olympics. The fun was wonderful! Thank you, and see you next year!
