The incident occurred on June 8. The dispatcher of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police received a telephone report stating that a Bolesławiec resident had dumped considerable amounts of rubble and post-renovation waste on Gdańska Street, next to containers for the separate collection of waste. A Municipal Police patrol went to the scene.

The irresponsible Bolesławiec resident was fined and simultaneously required to clean up the contaminated area.
