We would like to inform you that a completed passport can be collected at the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office in Wrocław and at the Office’s Delegation in Legnica without booking an appointment in advance (after entering the office, the client is directed to the appropriate queue).
Officials add:
Anyone who has submitted an application for a passport may be notified by SMS or email that the document is ready for collection (when submitting a passport application, you must provide your telephone number or email address in the declaration and consent to the processing of this data).
How long does it take?
The waiting time for a passport at the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office in Wrocław and at the other collection points is approximately 2.5 weeks.
Where can a passport be collected?
The completed passport must be collected at the same point where the application for its issuance was submitted. (Entry to the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office to collect a passport is possible from the Oder side, at Maria and Lech Kaczyński Boulevard).
What about submitting passport applications?
Submitting a passport application is still possible only after booking an appointment in advance.
