The incident occurred after 5:20 p.m. on national road No. 94 in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, near the church. Two Volkswagen Passat cars collided.

The 73-year-old VW driver, a resident of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality, failed to yield the right of way to another Volkswagen driven by a 42-year-old. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured, and the incident was classified as a collision.
The person responsible was fined.
