Just a few days ago, shortly after wolves killed sheep in Marczów, on the outskirts of one of the villages in the Lwówek Śląski municipality, near the border with the Wleń municipality, a farmer working in the field recorded a pack of wolves walking around. They paid no attention to the presence of the person or the noisy farm tractor. It seems that the encounter was even an interesting experience for them. The pack consisted of several animals. Three wolves were captured on film.
Let us recall. The aforementioned incident in Marczów (the area around Wleń, Lwówek County) took place on the night of May 23–24. As the lwowecki.info website reported at the time:
The sheep were grazing in a fenced area in the center of the village, right next to a county road. The wolves entered the meadow by digging a passage under the fence.
The predators killed six sheep. The remaining six were seriously injured. The case is being investigated by the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Wrocław.
