What will be eased and when?

The obligation to wear masks outdoors will be lifted. However, the requirement to cover the nose and mouth with a mask indoors will remain unchanged, including on public transport, in shops, churches, cinemas and theatres.
Public transport
- 100% of the number of seats or
- 50% of all seats and standing places, while keeping 50% of seats unoccupied.
Outdoor catering
- distance between tables (every other table may be occupied; the distance between tables must be at least 1.5 m, unless there is a partition at least 1 m high between them, measured from the table surface).
Culture – cinemas, film screenings, theatres, operas and philharmonics outdoors
- maximum 50% occupancy.
Cultural centres and community centres, as well as educational and animation activities conducted by cultural institutions outdoors
- subject to compliance with the sanitary regime.
Education – primary and secondary schools
- hybrid learning for grades 4–8 of primary schools
- hybrid learning for grades 1–4 of secondary schools
- sanitary regime, including airing classrooms during breaks and disinfecting facilities at weekends.
Sport
- outdoor sports facilities – maximum 25% of the audience
- sports classes and events outside sports facilities – limit of 150 people.
