A dog defecated on the lawn, the man did not clean it up, only wiped its rear and threw the paper on the grass

A video recorded today at around 5:30 p.m. on Wańkowicza Street in Bolesławiec shows a dog defecating on the lawn several times. The man walking it did not clean up after the animal even once. In addition, he threw onto the green area the paper he used to wipe the dog’s rear. The animal was not wearing a muzzle.

We remind you that failing to clean up after your dog can result in a fine of up to PLN 500. But, as can be seen, this penalty does not deter everyone.
