Officers from the Prevention Division of the Bolesławiec Police unit, while patrolling the city at night, stopped a passenger car for inspection. It was being driven by an intoxicated 18-year-old.

The police officers noticed a car moving as though its driver was having difficulty controlling it.

An intoxicated 18-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was behind the wheel. The teenager resisted the police officers who detained him.

The test showed that the young driver had 2.8 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled breath.

The detainee faces up to 2 years in prison, losing his driving licence and financial consequences.
