The incident took place on Wednesday, 17 March. Volunteer firefighters from Różyniec:
4:49 p.m. – dispatch to a local hazard (an oil spill) on the road between the villages of Osła and Gromadka.
They added:
Our operations involved assisting the Police in securing the road until the road authority arrived.
Fortunately, no one was hurt. Firefighters from Bolesławiec, Gromadka and Różyniec took part in the operation, along with the police and a representative of the road authority.
