For years, increased tourist traffic has been noticeable in Poland and around the world, leading to growing demand for hotel services. Qualified staff are therefore needed, with the comprehensive service of hotel guests among their primary responsibilities on the labor market.
During their education, hotel technicians acquire knowledge and skills in planning, organizing and providing services related to professional reservations, guest service, record-keeping and monitoring changes in the hotel market.
For years, students and graduates of ZSOiZ have achieved very high results in vocational examinations—with a 100% pass rate. They have repeatedly participated in the Hotel Knowledge Olympiad, in which 6 students achieved finalist status and 3 became laureates.

The Olympiad is organized by the Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki and the Polish Chamber of Hotel Industry.
