More than 100 volunteers from across Poland arrived at the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade to complete their preparatory service. “After crossing the unit’s gate, completing the required documents and meeting with the barber, psychologist and doctor, the recruits collected their uniforms and took their first steps in the company. They face a month of military training, during which they will learn the rules governing the army, regulations, drill, as well as the basics of field operations, shooting and handling weapons,” reports Private First Class Kamil Oślizło. “Their reward after an intensive month will be a ceremonial oath-taking, during which they will recite the solemn words of the Military Oath.”
