The incident occurred on Thursday, February 18, in Kruszyn near Bolesławiec, on national road no. 94. After 8:00 a.m., three vehicles collided. One person suffered minor injuries.

The driver of the BMW, a 29-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, performed an improper overtaking maneuver and hit a Suzuki traveling in the opposite direction, driven by a 71-year-old resident of Legnica County.
As a result of the collision with the Suzuki, the BMW also hit a Volkswagen driven by a 49-year-old man from Silesia.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The Bolesławiec resident driving the BMW was fined PLN 500.
