The December delivery met their needs for two months, says Jan Woch, the campaign’s initiator, adding:
Yesterday, I was once again asked to help organize another water-delivery campaign. That is why I am turning to you.
Patients in the COVID ward at our hospital need water. They are not asking for food, sweets or other delicacies. They are asking only for water.
Very often, these are people from distant towns who have no one to deliver water to them, or people whose families are in quarantine, so they need to be helped.
If you want to help but have no way or means to do so, or you have bottled water you would like to share, visit the Facebook profile and write or call +48 601 069 965. I will come, collect it, purchase water and deliver it to the ward.
I believe that together we can rise to this challenge.
And, just as the first time, I ask you: if you want to help, let me know. If you intend to comment along the lines of “the hospital this, the hospital that,” don’t bother.
Remember that helping looks good on everyone.
