He Illegally Transported Nearly 8 Tons of Waste from Germany. The Recipient Could Face a Half-Million-Zloty Fine

– During an inspection on the A4 motorway in Jędrzychowice, the National Revenue Administration uncovered the illegal import of waste. In the trailer, officers found furniture and plastic bags containing 7.8 tons of used clothing from Germany. And she adds:

The Provincial Inspectorate for Environmental Protection determined that the transport was illegal.

Even more alarming, the driver explained that this was another shipment he had transported for this company. KAS:

The carrier, in administrative proceedings, faces a fine of PLN 13,000, while the recipient, in criminal proceedings, could face up to PLN 500,000.
