The cold snap has caused a significant deterioration in air quality. Yesterday, the capital of Lower Silesia ranked an unenviable first in the global ranking of cities with the most polluted air. As reported by polsatnews.pl, Warsaw and Kraków were also among the leaders on Monday.
Today, the situation in Lower Silesia looks better. (Measurements can be checked on the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection website, as well as on the syngeos.pl website.) According to both sources, air quality in the City of Ceramics is currently very good.
