Vaccinations in Bolesławiec: a phone line for people with disabilities is being launched

Mayor of Bolesławiec:

As of January 15, 2021, a contact phone line will be launched for people with disabilities (holding a valid disability certificate indicating a severe degree of disability with code R or N, or, as applicable, Group I with the aforementioned conditions) and seniors who are unable to reach a SARS-CoV-2 vaccination point independently, in order to provide them with free transport to the vaccination point and back home.

And adds:

The contact phone line at 75 6456 546 will be available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., from January 15, 2021, until further notice.
