As of 1 January 2021, the waste management fee will change and will amount to:

  • PLN 22.00 for each person residing at the property,
  • PLN 20.00 for each person residing at the property if biowaste is composted in the owner’s own composter.

When calculating the waste management fee, the significant increase in waste management costs and the increase in the amount of waste generated by residents were taken into account.

Żółtański: “The previously applicable fee varied depending on the number of people residing at the property and averaged PLN 14.50 per person (PLN 16.00 per resident when one resident lives at the property; PLN 15.00 per resident when two residents live at the property; PLN 14.00 per resident when three residents live at the property; PLN 13.00 per resident when four or more residents live at the property).
