The arrest took place on New Year’s Eve, just a few minutes before the New Year. KPP Bolesławiec:
Police officers from the Legnica Preventive Division, serving in the Bolesławiec area, stopped a passenger vehicle for inspection. A 39-year-old man who was intoxicated was behind the wheel.
It turned out that the man had more than one per mille of alcohol in his breath. What is more, the resident of Łódź Voivodeship had several portions of marijuana on him and… had violated a driving ban.
The extremely irresponsible man could now face a prison sentence ranging from three months to as much as five years.
