Officers of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec received a report that a probably intoxicated man had got behind the wheel of a passenger car. When the officers stopped the indicated vehicle, their suspicions regarding the driver’s intoxication were confirmed.
A 34-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was driving a car with over 3‰ of alcohol in his breath. The man will be held responsible for driving while intoxicated. He faces up to 2 years in prison, a long-term loss of his driving licence and financial consequences.
