The incident took place on Sunday, December 20, in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, on the exit road toward Lubków. The driver of a Mercedes, a 55-year-old resident of Wrocław County, failed to yield to the driver of a Hyundai, a 50-year-old woman from Bolesławiec. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. (The woman was taken to hospital for examinations.)
Fire service units from Bolesławiec, Tomaszów Bolesławiecki and Warta Bolesławiecka, as well as a medical rescue team and the police, were present at the scene.
