Officers from the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters spotted a man near retail outlets during a patrol who was not complying with the requirement to cover his mouth and nose.

While establishing the man's identity, it turned out that the 28-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was wanted by the court.
The result? The “Napoleon of crime” was first fined and then taken to the detention centre in Jelenia Góra.
