Police officers from Nowogrodziec detained a man suspected of stealing fuel, halogen lights, a camera and road lamps from a forestry machine. District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec:
The perpetrator took advantage of the machine being idle overnight at a forest complex in the Osiecznica municipality.
The losses were estimated at nearly PLN 4,000. During their investigation, police officers determined where the items originating from the crime had been left. The officers secured the stolen property.
The 25-year-old from Bolesławiec County now faces a prison sentence of between three months and as many as five years.
