The incident occurred on Monday, November 16, at around 3:00 p.m., on national road No. 94, between Tomaszów Bolesławiecki and Wilczy Las.
According to police findings, the driver of a Mercedes, a 39-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, performed an overtaking maneuver incorrectly and collided with a Mitsubishi carrying a 32-year-old resident of Chojnów Municipality and his 3-year-old son. The boy was taken to a hospital in Legnica for observation.
