Officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters, conducting activities concerning, among other things, a theft at the construction site of a modular hospital, identified and arrested a 28-year-old man from Bolesławiec. He was charged with several offenses.

The man will be held responsible for stealing pallets worth PLN 600, breaking into six garden sheds and stealing, among other things, a lawnmower and tools. In addition, the suspect was charged with three counts relating to the theft of cables from construction sites, including stealing a 76-meter-long cable from the construction site of a modular hospital intended for COVID-19 patients.

But that is not all. The 28-year-old is also suspected of issuing criminal threats and violating a court-ordered driving ban.

The young man now faces a sentence of between one and as many as ten years in prison.
