We are receiving reports from drivers that getting around the roads of Bolesławiec and the surrounding area today is a real “nightmare”. This is due to a road incident that occurred today, at around 5:00 a.m., on the A4 motorway (at kilometre 55, towards Wrocław). A truck hit the barriers there and blocked the road. The section of the A4 from the area of Kraśnik Dolny to the area of Szczytnica, towards Wrocław, is congested. Traffic is being diverted through Bolesławiec. The entrances to Bolesławiec from the A4 side (Kościuszki Street) and from the Zgorzelec side – DK94 are congested. There are also traffic jams on Modłowa Street and on the Bolesławiec bypass (along DK94).
