The September session of the Bolesławiec City Council is underway; this time, it is not being held remotely. However, before the proceedings began, the former chair of this body Jarosław Kowalski, who relinquished his council mandate after becoming the new president of the Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej, took the floor. (He replaced Rafał Koronkiewicz in this position.)

J. Kowalski summed up his work for the Bolesławiec local government: “The city has moved forward significantly; neighboring cities envy us. Thanks to the residents, thanks to the local government, thanks to wise leadership. And to all the council members: from left to right.”

The new head of ZEC thanked the council members, the residents who had placed their trust in him, and the officials with whom he worked on a daily basis. He also addressed Mayor Piotr Roman:

I learned a great deal from you. It is very good that you found yourself on the path of developing our city.
