The ceremonial signing of a cooperation agreement between the District Office and the Bolesławiec Economic Society took place during Thursday’s session of the County Council. Karol Stasik, chairman of the Council and head of BTG, spoke: “Bolesławiec County is signing an agreement with another business organization. The purpose of this agreement is to support economic development in our county and teach entrepreneurship in upper-secondary schools.”

As Stasik emphasized, entrepreneurship classes at schools are taught by people who do not always have experience in running a business. “Thanks to this agreement, entrepreneurs and managers will visit classes,” he noted. “Nothing speaks more effectively to young people planning to start their own company than a conversation with someone who is successful in business,” added starost Cezary Przybylski.

“Moreover, we want to organize the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ and ‘Young Entrepreneur’ competitions together,” the starost told the IstotneInformacje.pl portal. “We will also seek BTG’s opinions on economic matters.”

So far, the District Office has signed agreements with the Via Sudetica Association and the Guild of Various Crafts and Small Entrepreneurship. “We are open to cooperation,” emphasized Cezary Przybylski.
