Bolesławiec police officers, conducting activities related to a burglary at a basement room that occurred in July this year, established where some of the items originating from the crime were located.
A 40-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was detained. In the Bolesławiec man's car, officers found stolen items worth PLN 2,500.
KPP Bolesławiec:
The detainee will be held responsible for handling stolen goods; he faces up to five years in prison. The man confessed to the alleged offense and explained that he had bought the items secured in his car from a person unknown to him.
Activities aimed at recovering the remaining stolen items are ongoing.
