Officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters detained a 60-year-old man during a domestic intervention. He is suspected of physically and psychologically abusing his parents.

The perpetrator, who was under the influence of alcohol, caused a disturbance, insulted his relatives using vulgar language, and threatened to kill them. The information gathered in the case clearly indicated the need to isolate the aggressor from the elderly victims.
At the request of the Bolesławiec District Prosecutor’s Office, the court temporarily detained the 60-year-old for three months. He faces a sentence of between three months and as much as five years in prison.
