Bolesławiec has once again ranked among the leaders in a ranking that measures residents’ expenditure on municipal services. In this year’s edition, Bolesławiec came eighth (compared with eleventh place in the previous edition).
This year, the Curulis Sp. z o.o. advisory team analysed for the third time 339 local government units that are also county cities. It is worth recalling that the Curulis ranking is based on an estimate of the annual costs incurred by an average family for municipal services: water supply and wastewater disposal, waste collection, public transport and paid parking zones.
Annual expenditure incurred by a family in Bolesławiec amounts to PLN 2,058.10; the ranking is closed by Choszczno, with costs of PLN 4,926.04.
In the category of cities with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants, Bolesławiec ranks seventh among 251 towns.
