Officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters, as a result of operational activities, identified the perpetrator of a robbery theft that occurred at a market in August. The owner of one of the stalls noticed a man stealing trousers. When he reacted, attempting to recover his property, he was struck.
KPP Bolesławiec:
Based on the information gathered, the officers determined the suspect’s place of residence. The 31-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County was arrested. The man had previously been convicted of property-related offences.
The 31-year-old will be charged with robbery theft. He could face between one and as many as 15 years in prison. At the request of the Bolesławiec District Prosecutor’s Office, the court remanded the suspect in temporary custody for three months.
