The “duck feeder” dispenses food suitable for birds. It is worth remembering that ducks should be fed food appropriate for waterfowl. The food must not contain salt, which ducks cannot digest and which is fatal to them. At the “duck feeder,” a portion of safe food can be obtained for one zloty.

The “duck feeder” was installed on the initiative of the “Klekusiowo” Wild Animal Rehabilitation Center and students of Primary School No. 4. The center raised PLN 2,765 through www.ratujmyzwierzaki.pl, while the Bolesławiec Municipal Commune contributed PLN 1,735. The location of the device was agreed with the Municipal Housing Management Authority in Bolesławiec, which administers the site.
The “duck feeder” will be maintained by the “Klekusiowo” Wild Animal Rehabilitation Center.
