The incident occurred on Saturday after 10 p.m. in Jurków, near Raciborowice in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality. The driver of an unmarked buggy (a type of lightweight car) hit a cyclist. The man was resuscitated. Unfortunately, he could not be saved.
The prosecutor’s office has already launched an investigation into the matter. It is initially known that the driver was travelling too fast.
