At the beginning of August this year, a 62-year-old man reported to the Kruszyn Police Station that approximately PLN 15,000 had disappeared from his bank account. After accepting the report, police officers began clarifying the matter. It turned out that the person who had carried out the transactions was his 29-year-old son. The man illegally obtained the passwords and login details and then carried out four transactions. He spent the money on various gambling games.
The man was detained and brought to the police station, where, after hearing four charges, he gave an explanation. Breaking and entering with the intent to steal is punishable by one to ten years’ imprisonment.
