The incident occurred on Friday (7 August) in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. According to police findings, the 21-year-old driver of a Fiat failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, left the road on a bend and hit a tree. The man was taken to hospital. He was sober. A request was submitted to the court because the man did not have a driving licence.
