The incident took place on Thursday, July 23, just before 9:00 a.m., at the intersection of Łąkowa and Graniczna streets in Bolesławiec. Two vehicles collided: a Mercedes and a Volkswagen.
According to police findings, the VW driver, a 20-year-old resident of Złotoryja County, failed to give way to the Mercedes driver, a 43-year-old man from Bolesławiec County.
The 20-year-old woman was taken to hospital. Fortunately, she did not suffer any serious injuries. The case will be heard in court.
