Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn, based on the evidence collected, including surveillance footage, identified a person suspected of attempting to break into a shop in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality.

The perpetrator was arrested at allotment gardens. During the arrest, officers secured the clothing and balaclava the man had been wearing while committing the crime.
The arrested man is a 33-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County who has previously committed property-related crimes. The suspect now faces a sentence of between one and as many as ten years in prison.
