We wrote about the fire in the article: House fire in Gromadka. The operation lasted 8.5 hours.
The renovation of the house has to start from scratch; building materials are the most urgently needed. The family does not want money, only the necessary materials. Mrs Anna’s family now lives in a 30 m² studio apartment rented for them by the Gromadka municipality. This is temporary accommodation; they will only be able to stay there until December this year.
Only people of goodwill can help. The fundraiser for building materials helped. The family bought as many materials as the money collected allowed, but this is a drop in the ocean of their needs. Much more is needed to renovate the burned family home, which Mrs Anna inherited after her mother’s death. In a few months, the family will grow, as Mrs Anna is pregnant. People with kind hearts, let us bring a smile back to Anna’s and her family’s faces.
