The incident took place on Sunday, May 24, in the afternoon, in Nowogrodziec. As it turned out, police officers were called to a domestic intervention. The 36-year-old, who made criminal threats against his father, was detained.
At the prosecutor’s office’s request, the aggressor, who had threatened his father with death twice, was placed under police supervision, banned from contacting the injured party and ordered to leave the premises.
The 36-year-old now faces up to two years in prison.
