Popiełuszki 1, tel. +48 75 6107128 ext. 22, e-mail: sekretariat@orkaboleslawiec.pl, website: www.orkaboleslawiec.pl, announces a public tender for the monthly net rent for a commercial premises operating within the complex and opening hours of Kryta Pływalnia Sportowo-Rekreacyjna w Bolesławcu Sp. z o.o.

  • bar-cafeteria with technical facilities, with a total area of 92.7 m²
  • cafeteria: 32.4 m²
  • bar: 12.8 m²
  • kitchen facilities: 27.7 m²
  • bar employees’ changing room: 6.2 m²
  • wet-foot bar: 13.6 m²

The price offer should include the proposed net rent plus VAT. The starting monthly rent is PLN 1,300.00 net plus VAT. The bid increment is set at PLN 50.00 net. The price offer should include the starting price increased by the proposed net bid increment plus VAT.

The price offer must be accompanied by a detailed description of the planned business activity in the commercial premises and a list of the expected product range (the sale of alcoholic beverages is not permitted).

In addition to the rent, the Tenant is required to pay costs related to the business activity, namely electricity, water and sewage according to meter readings, and refuse collection on a flat-rate basis.

Tender conditions:

  1. Offers in sealed envelopes marked “BAR-CAFETERIA” must be submitted by 9 June 2020 at 10:00 a.m. to the company’s secretariat.
  2. The opening of offers in the presence of the bidders (public part) will take place on 9 June 2020 at 10:15 a.m. in the building of Kryta Pływalnia Sportowo-Rekreacyjna, room 106 (first floor).
  3. Detailed information can be obtained on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the secretariat of Kryta Pływalnia Sportowo-Rekreacyjna w Bolesławcu Sp. z o.o. During the same hours and at the same location, an inspection of the premises can be arranged.
  4. The tender organizer reserves the right, for important reasons, to cancel the announced tender by immediately making information about the cancellation publicly available, or to close the tender without selecting an offer. The tender organizer also has the right to freely select an offer or, without stating a reason, declare that the tender produced no result.
